We collect only the minimum data needed to deliver our services:

  • Name, email, phone, resume/CV, work history, and professional references from candidates
  • Contact and billing details from clients
  • Banking details only when a client or contractor elects ACH/wire payment (no credit cards stored)
  • Website usage data via cookies (Google Analytics, HubSpot)

We do not collect or process government IDs, Social Security numbers, date of birth, or any data from individuals under 18.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Match and present candidates to clients using AI scoring and fit prediction
  • Facilitate placements and invoicing
  • Communicate with you and improve our services

4. Contractor Data

All contractor onboarding, contracts, payments, and associated personal data are processed exclusively through our vetted third-party payroll and compliance partner. Their processing is governed by a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement.

5. Sharing & Retention

We do not share or sell your personal information, including phone numbers, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes.

We share data only with:

  • Clients reviewing specific candidates (with candidate consent)
  • Our payroll and compliance partner for contractor management
  • Service providers (Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack) under strict contracts

Retention: Marketing contacts kept until you unsubscribe; placement and invoicing records kept 7 years for legal/tax compliance, then securely deleted.
